If you're within your first 14 days, you can return it by contacting us.
You can return your order if you've changed your mind within the first 14 days of receiving it, so long as:
- the original box and any accessories are in pristine condition
- any additional gifts or promotional products are in pristine condition
- you have removed any locks, passwords and/or accounts (including iCloud and Google) from the mobile phone, and it has been reset to factory settings
