You have 14 days to change your mind.
If you've changed your mind you can return your order to us within 14 days, starting the day after you received it, so long as:
- the mobile phone is in pristine condition
- the original box and any accessories are in pristine condition
- any additional gifts or promotional products are in pristine condition
- you have removed any locks, passwords and/or accounts (including iCloud and Google) from the mobile phone, and it has been reset to factory settings
