If we've requested ID documents from you to verify your details and protect you from credit card fraud and identity theft, then you have two options:

Option 1) A copy of your driving licence; the address must match the billing address on your order.

Option 2) A copy of your passport and a recent bank statement or utility bill.

Please also note that your bank statement or utility bill must meet the criteria set out below.

Bank statement requirements.

1) Dated within the last 12 weeks
2) Visibility of your name and address
3) Visibility of your account number and sort code
4) Visibility of your end balance
5) Visibility of your agreed overdraft limit (if the account is overdrawn)

Utility bill requirements.

1) Dated within the last 12 weeks
2) Gas, electricity, water, landline telephone or council tax bill
3) Visibility of your name and address
4) Visibility of bill amount
