What happens if I miss my delivery?
DPD will leave a calling card and reattempt the next day.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Mobile phone orders need to be signed for. SIM orders do not, as they're posted through your letter box.
Why have you requested my ID?
To verify your details and protect you from fraud and online identity theft.
What ID documents can I send in?
Either a copy of your driving license, or your passport and a recent bank statement or utility bill.
