We want to keep everyone safe while shopping with us. Since we're online-only, we can’t meet you in person, so we ask for proof of ID to protect you and us. We use a trusted partner to securely verify your documents - Powered by IDVerse.

But don’t worry - it’s really easy, just follow the link in the email or text we have sent you and follow the step-by-step instructions. You can use either a valid Driving License or Passport.

Driving Licence Criteria:

  • Take a photo of your Driving Licence, not a scanned copy.
  • Make sure all four corners of the licence are visible in the picture.
  • A provisional licence is perfectly fine if you don't yet drive.
  • The image of the driving licence needs to be clear, not blurry, so we can easily read the text.
  • The licence must be untampered with.
  • It should be in the account holder's name.
  • The licence needs to be valid and up to date.

Passport Criteria:

  • Take a photo of your Passport, not a scanned copy.
  • The photo should include both your passport picture and the page above it.
  • Make sure all four corners of the passport are visible.
  • The photo of the account holder must be clear.
  • The image of the passport needs to be clear, not blurry, so we can easily read the text.
  • The passport must not be tampered with.
  • It should be in the account holder's name.
  • The passport needs to be valid and up to date.
