We want to keep everyone safe while shopping with us. Since we're online-only, we can’t meet you in person, so we ask for proof of ID to protect you and us.
But don’t worry – it’s really easy to send it over. Just reply to the email we’ve sent you and attach a photo of your valid driving license.
If you don’t have one, you can send us a picture of your passport instead.
Driving Licence Criteria:
- The image must be a photo of your driving licence, not a scanned copy.
- Make sure all four corners of the licence are visible in the picture.
- A provisional licence is perfectly fine if you don't yet drive.
- The image of the driving licence needs to be clear, not blurry, so we can easily read the text.
- The licence must be untampered with.
- It should be in the account holder's name.
- The licence needs to be valid and up to date.
Passport Criteria:
- The image must be a photo of your passport, not a scanned copy.
- The photo should include both your passport picture and the page above it.
- Make sure all four corners of the passport are visible.
- The photo of the account holder must be clear.
- The image of the passport needs to be clear, not blurry, so we can easily read the text.
- The passport must not be tampered with.
- It should be in the account holder's name.
- The passport needs to be valid and up to date.
Once you’ve sent over the images, our team will take a look within 24-48 hours. We’ll email you with the next steps as soon as we’re done.
