What happens if I miss my delivery?

DPD will leave a calling card and reattempt the next day.

If your mobile phone delivery is missed, our courier, DPD, will post a calling card to let you know, and reattempt delivery the following day.

If your second delivery is missed, your order will be returned to us.

Please contact us to arrange redelivery after a second missed attempt.
