What happens if I miss my delivery?
DPD will leave a calling card and reattempt the next day.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Mobile phone orders need to be signed for. SIM orders do not, as they're posted through your letter box.
How do I track my delivery?
Mobile orders can be tracked on DPD's website or through their app. SIM orders are posted via Royal Mail can't be tracked.
How much does delivery cost?
Free next-day delivery on all mobile orders.
