Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Mobile phone orders need to be signed for. SIM orders do not, as they're posted through your letter box.

Because mobile phones are too large to fit through most letter boxes and extremely valuable, we require you to sign for your delivery.

You do not need to sign for SIM orders, however, as they are posted straight through your letter box.
