I cancelled my order before dispatch - how do I get a refund?

Refunds are issued automatically, and should reach you within 3-5 business days.

Once we have received and processed a request to cancel an order, any upfront payments towards it are automatically refunded.

If you cancelled your order before it was dispatched, refunds typically take between 3-5 business days to reappear on your available balance.

In the unlikely event that you receive confirmation from us that your order has been cancelled, yet your refund doesn't reappear within 5 business days, please contact your bank immediately.

Note that refund timescales are longer if you've cancelled after already receiving your order. Please allow up to 14 days - from the day you receive confirmation that your return has been cancelled - for your refund to reappear.
